ingredients.

  • cupcake batter.

    • eggs 2

    • milk 118g

    • vanilla extract 1 tsp

    • sugar 200g

    • unsalted butter 113g

    • flour 250g

    • baking powder 2 tsp

    • baking soda 1/8 tsp

  • mascarpone cream.

    • heavy cream 250g

    • mascarpone cheese 200g

    • sugar 55g

  • chocolate chips for decoration


steps.

  • cupcake batter.

    • add milk, eggs, and vanilla extract in a bowl and whisk.

    • add melted butter and sugar, and whisk.

    • add all dry ingredients (flour, baking powder, baking soda) and whisk thoroughly.

    • add the batter into cupcakes molds evenly, filling about 90% of the mold.

  • mascarpone cream.

    • add heavy cream, mascarpone cheese and sugar into a bowl and whisk until mixture is smooth.

    • whisk until cream is thick and creamy.

  • pour the cream into a pipe, and pipe on top of the cupcakes.

  • add three chocolate chips for the eyes and mouth.

  • the shape of the white cream with the chocolate chips should look like a ghost.
